There is maybe no other doctrine in Western religion that has inspired as much devotion, confusion, and controversy all at once. Once accepted as orthodoxy, it gave birth to the heresy known as Unitarianism. We’ll trace a bit of the history of our own tradition and explore its meaning for today.
